Law / VAT on used goods imported into Poland [6]

Merged: Importing Personal Belongings from India into Poland

Hey PF members,

I'm an International Student from Africa and I'll need to ship my Desktop PC down to Poland from a non-EU country (India, lived in India for a while, so this explains why I'm shipping from India, lol).

I just wanna know if Tax/Custom/Import Duties apply to me.

I have invoices of the desktop components with my name on them, and I'll be shipping via Emirates SkyCargo.

used the pc for a while and it's definitely older than 6months+ since I built it.

I'm not really sure if its correct.
