Law / Polish certificate exam level B1 and institution / few questions about the Polish language [39]

Guys,

My friend is in similar situation. The thing is difference between A2 and B1 is really huge. He is preparing few things by heart and few by understanding the rules. I think it is very much possible but still if anyone has any further information then please do share with us. They are closing down and the new bill will come into effect in the end of Nov 2015, the schools will be affiliated and regulated in coming 6 months..... so that mean no exams before may 2016. Hope my information is wrong but if it's correct then that would be a nightmare for him.

Also, the current fees is 60 euro and after the new regulation the new fees will be 180 euro :(
Best of luck!
