Merged: How about IT and civil engineering jobs in Poland?

I am a software engineer with 8 years experience(C++) and my husband is a civil engineer with 6 years experience(roads and bridges designer). we are planning to relocate to Poland. Can we get highly paid jobs there? Please help..
