I am searching for Poles who were deported from USA, with whom to conduct an interview about their experience of deportation and how it has changed their life. I also, in the story, want to touch upon the subject of why the topic of deportation is so taboo for Poles and why so many people are ashamed to speak about it. The deportee may remain anonymous and the interview can be conducted via skype or by answering the questions via email. This is an extremely important story for me as I am someone who was deported after 18 years of being in the US.
