Study / Speaking Polish - any programs that allow you to practice spoken language? [3]

Are there any programs that allow you to practice spoken polish? I'm an intermediate but need to brush up speaking.

I know of programs like this for English like Spoken English spokenenglishpractice.com. Looking for something similar but with Polish native speakers.

Work / Outsourcing software dev work to Poland - what's your experience? [3]

I used to work with a wordpress developer on ODesk who was excellent. He was polish. I do not know whether he live in Poland or somewhere else. His communication was excellent which is the key.

Work / Typical rate for 1-on-1 English lessons in Poland (Krakow)? [37]

I would say around $25 a hour. Not any more than that. That is what I would pay
