of course the salary is nego. base of the experience of the lecturer, and lecturer came to teach not to travel , in other country us, uk , russia, okrain killing happening, you can not judge all the people in Erbil just for one accident.

thank you for your comment, yes Erbil is expensive city but the the salary is fine + accommodation.
