Life / Cost of living in Wroclaw (rent price too) [119]

Hello Friends,
I am from India. I am trying to evaluate job offer in Wroclaw. Could you please help me answering following questions.

1. how much are the taxes application on gross salary if I am relocating from India?
2. what would be average monthly expenses for family of 2? Is it possible to manage in 5000PLN gross salary?
3. In which area the house rent is minimum, moderate and high?
4. what are the areas I should avoid to live
5. Could you suggest me some place to live which is at moderate distance from city, accessible to market place, hospitals, glossary shop etc
6. If i rent a apartment what facilities do I get with it? (e.g. furniture/fridge/TV/heater/AC/water etc) OR I get an empty house where I will have to manage myself?

7. If I get both things, then what would be the price difference?
8. What is mode of public transport? Is it good for a person who is working in shifts?
9. Does companies provide accommodation or transport facilities?
10. What kind of VISA is available? Is it possible to switch company after i start working with current company?
11. Any other suggestions/concerns?
