Language / Is Polish an easy language to learn and is there a way of learning it easily? [105]

How many languages have you aproached?

Well I'm good at pronouncing Russian words and such, fairly easy. It's just the Cyrillic alphabet that turned me away from Russian.
I'm fairly good at the Dutch creole, Afrikaans, as well.

I wanted to honor my Polish ancestors by learning Polish, I am 50% Polish. I wanted to learn it easily as well, but I don't know how to.

Genealogy / Polish Weaver (Tkacz) family in US? [4]

The spin offs look unlikely to me but the first one is probably my Polish last name.
Who knows my family is so "Americanized" it's almost impossible to find this stuff.

My family's name was most likely "Americanized" when my Polish family reached the U.S but does anyone know anything about the Weaver surname or family?

Genealogy / Are Poles mixed with Mongols, Turks, and Tatars? [19]

I know of these cultures that somewhat mixed with the Polish but what is the chance that I could be part Turk,Tatar,etc?
I am of Polish ancestry and I am proud of it but I was wondering if I could be mixed with anything else, it interests me.
