[Moved from]: Low price winter shopping in Warsaw?

Does anyone here know where to buy winter apparel like coat, winter jacket, and winter boots in warsaw for low prices (second hand stuff is okay)?or is there any sale before winter? I am from tropical country and I will stay in poland when it's winter. I'm afraid my baggage will be overweight if I bring that stuff from my country.
