The smell is not my greatest concern; I have a charcoal taste in my mouth. I'm searching for something that will effectively reduce the unseen particles in the air of my bedroom.

I have been here 6 months. I recently learned that a few neighbors are burning coal of the lowest quality. Can someone recommend an air cleaning device (name and model) that I could use in my bedroom ?
