Dutch companies look for Polish workers because they do work that Dutch people don't want to do.
And yes, there are some (recruiting) companies cheating Polish people, we hear of them on the news on tv or in the newspaper.
Companies threating Polish workers well are not on tv, it's not such an interesting news item....
There are enough unemployeed dutch people in Holland who can do this job. Those companies just want Polish people because it's easier to cheat on them.
