Life / Top-up Poland mobile phones [11]

I have a Polish T-Mobile Tak Tak pay as you go phone card that I used the last time I was in Poland, and I was able to top it up again after a year using:

mobilerecharge.com

There are many other "Top-Up" websites that work as well, and I'm sure buying more minutes there would be a breeze.

Overall I was told that as long as you send a text to that number once every half year you should be able to use it continually with T-Mobile.

USA, Canada / How to refill T-Mobile Tak Tak from the USA [5]

(Is there a way to add funds from another country if you don't have a bank account in Poland? Why is it so hard?

Try this I just did it (from the US) and it worked: mobilerecharge.

I received a text from T-Mobile Tak Tak right away that my account has been recharged even though the website says "Order Status Pending".

My phone works, hope it works for you also!

Select Poland, choose provider, add your credit card info and Polish phone number and you're set to go. I'm currently using both my US and Polish number (in the US) and they work fine.

Love / My little confession hehe - I always thought polish women were ugly [57]

While it is true that Polish women are perceived as ugly women here, we don't necessarily prefer blondes. Most American men prefer brunettes.

Lol, I'm Polish-American and overall... I don't agree with you. I don't know where you've been hanging out, but Polish girls are not considered ugly by most guys I've talked to and I myself have heard many compliments over the years. I wish I could show you my Facebook profile. Full of beautiful Polish women which I know personally!

USA, Canada / General differences between Poland and the USA? [184]

Oh how I love reading these posts. I currently live in the United States, but I've lived in Poland also so I know both sides of the story. Either way if anyone wants to know something please ask :)
