Hello everyone, I am a new member over here.
Firstly, I would like to describe my situation. My boyfriend(Mexican) has just left Poland after staying almost 90 days here (Mexican citizens are allowed to stay in Schengen Zone without visa for that period). I have already applied for invitation (from April 2013 to December 2013) so that he can come back here as soon as possible but there are things which confuse me and I would be glad if someone answered. All I want to know what requirements are there? I know invitation itself is not enough, he has to bring other papers with him. Is it a must to have a bank account and proof of income? even If I committed myself to provide him with everything (accommodation, food etc.) What about insurance? Does anyone know what this 30 000 € insurance has to cover EXACTLY and how much it is (approximately). Are there any other 'complicated' requirements?
If I had found any helpful info in the internet, I would not ask now. The website of an embassy of Poland in Mexico has not provide me with anything. I have been searching for a week now and I have found nothing so far.
