Well after copying the text from my text editor it wast pasted twice, but with a minimum of english knowledge and intelligence you cannot avoid understanding my problem. If you want to trash people with simple childish replies on this forum, go ahead, many people here don't speak english that well. To all the others I very much appreciate any advice on how these thing are working in polish system:)

Law / Refund bill- kaucja in Poland [5]

That me and my friend, who are norwegians, paid 30 000 gold as a bill for my polish friend. He was sentenced one year ago, but had to wait to get to prison until november 2012. Me and my friend wrote a letter and refund asked for the refund of the bill. As far as I know Shall the bill be refunded when he is sentenced, not when he goes to prison, but when he went to prison we thought we had to send the letter! We received a letter saying we can not That get the redund because the guy is not in prison yet! Although he is. This is crazy, and we had to resend an appeal saying That he is in prison etc. .. They wrote back That they should look at it after a couple of weeks. Now this is some weeks ago, and we have tried to call them, but the only thing they say Is That we have to wait for a letter. Any one here who knows the laws, please can you tell us what we Should do. Norway is a civilized country and we are not used to this, so this does not look promising. I do not trust the system after speaking polish to polish my other friends. First of all we should get the refund already when he was sentenced, and now it seems like they try to avoid refunding the bill. Any advice will be very much appreciated. Thanks! wrote earlier this year that me and my friend, who is Norwegian, paid 30 000 U.S. Dollars for the bill for my Polish friend. As far as I know, the bill will be paid when he is not convicted when he goes to jail, but when he went to prison, we thought we had to send a letter!
