Life / Is it me or do people "seem" to live longer in Poland? Life expectancy among Poles. [52]

I had to reply to this *************** some here said *no,they just look older*.Yes,we live longer,and it comes from a real Pole.I am coming from a young looking family,my granfather is over 85(refuse to tell age),and he exercise,swim,drive,and even travel from time to time,his 2 sisters too,my mom(his daugther),look younger than she is,and is very active.My grandma is just few years younger than my granpa,she also swims,and does a lot of stuff.So yea we Poles live longer.Also it ****** me off how u said *unhealthy diet*.Where u saw unealthy diet?.Mcdonalds?.We drink a lot of kefirs,soy milks,beries,musli,we eat a lot of soups,beets,egs,potatoes,surowki,yogurts,vegies,carrots(and we do many differen mix),.We have a lot of bazars with arent in many countries(are mostly in Estern Europe),where we buy fresh beries,greens.Also see how many succes we have in bodybuilding,and even more in strong man.3third country with the most of titles.I lift,and even 2 of our hereos here arent singers,or celebraties,but a muscle athletes.I lift my self,we live longer,and better.I like how some fags are commenting with out even knowing,pathetic.Cheers.
