Life / Car insurance in Poland: where's the best place to get it? [19]

Hello;

I've a car and insurance will be expired after 3 weeks. I am searching a company, Do you have any recommendations ? I couldn't find any english speaker insurance representative.

And one extra question: I have karty pobytu expired. Can i have the insurance with passport ?

Life / English-speaking Health Clinic in Warsaw area? [7]

I have a form need a doctor signature about Physical Examination includes Blood pressure, vision, hearing, dental; Chest X-ray examination and laboratory examination includes blood type, hemoglobin, urine, stool for parasite ova, AIDS test, HBs Ag Test, HBs Ab test..

Signature from one doctor is enough, Where can i get a sign for that type of english form.. I may get all tests or i can get only sign, i do not care so much, i did check up 2 years ago.

Law / Deadline for Residence Permission Application (karta pobytu) in Poland? [4]

I tried to find certain information about deadline however i can find only this pharagraph . "In order to obtain the Temporary Residence Permit, a foreigner must file an application with the consulate (for foreigners already residing in Poland - with the voivod at the foreigner's place of residence) at least 45 days prior to the expiry date of the visa or previous Temporary Residence Permit."

This means 45 working days (9weeks) or 45 calendar days (1,5 month). This difference important for me, i want to be sure about deadline.

Love / Possible gift for Polish girl (she is just a friend) [5]

I am thinking to buy a gift for a polish lady, which helps me a lot about all polish procedure. She is just a friend. The gift must be elegance but not so much romantic :)

What the polish girls like ? For example i am thinking one elegance necklace, but i don't have any other idea. Please help me to choose a gift. What could be as a gift ?

This lady is like 30-32 years old, and she likes to wear elegance.
