Law / Registering Marriage in Poland [16]

I am a non european by birth but an Irish citizen too.
I got married to my wife who is a Polish national by birth about 4 years ago in Ireland.
We have a son who is 2 years old now.
I am a muslim and my wife is a catholic.

Can someone advise me how to go about registering our marriage in Poland.

what if a muslim or jew would have converted to Christianity....
