thank You for the help.ok sounds very logic. in the meantime I found today two lawyers in Poland and I understood that You are right,

because they ask a lot of for info. I dont have many papers beside the wedding papers from 1946. the wedding was in Poland.
lets see.

thanks for trying. I dont know enough polish. I understand a bit. I didnt loose the passport physically. the passport and ID card expired and after years when I asked to prolong it. I was told that it could be that I have no right for the german citicenship. does anyone knows a lawyer in Poland who could help?
