Exactly, you cannot provide a service without having change for your customer! I use a local indian takeaway from time to time and the delivery guy always brings exact change to whatever note I give him! The only place I have ever experienced this from though!!

pierogi!! I used to love just the meat ones but I have gone onto potato and cheese now! Fried in a little butter.....yes please!! AND mizeria is my fav salad! :)

I agree with having strict rules at the beginning, then everyone knows where they stand! i have worked with polish people for many years and have alot of close polish friends and aprt from the odd one I have met now and then, I find them very reliable!! :)
