Does Art 68 of Polish Constitution guarantee healthcare for all citizens? Or, are there conditions?
For example,
1. Do you need to be working full time?
2. Can you be an unemployed college student and still receive healthcare?

Also, if any citizen is able to receive healthcare, then what is the procedure you have to go through?

It seems that here in the U.S. everyone will be required to have some kind of healthcare coverage once our law
goes into effect.
