UK, Ireland / How a Second Language (English) affects the first language(Polish) -contribute to my B.A.! [4]

Hello!
I'm a Polish student of English philology. I'm finishing my B.A. studies and I need your help to my experiment. The topic of my research is how a Second Language (English) affects the first language(Polish ofc). I'm looking for volunteers(PL native speakers) who would answer some questions about their PL/ENG and record their speech. My aim is to find out to what extend Polish speech can be influenced by the usage of English language.

questions:
when did you start learning/ using English?
how often do you speak in Polish/ English?
How many years are you abroad (if you are)
In what circumstances do you use PL/ ENG? DO you speak PL at home or not?
Newspapers, book, tv and other input in PL?
Do you think in Polish or English?
Which linguistic problems with your Polish have you experienced by the using of ENG? (do you mix languages in sentences, use english words while speaking Polish?)

Seeing an english name- do you pronounce this with an English accent or Polish?
