Real Estate / Real Estate Agencies in Poland (they are greedy for money) [18]

By providing skills that they needed and had (or want) to contract a foreigner who had them, thus moving to Poland and spending the money earned within polish borders.

- People will always be greedy and dishonest unless the law (or college of pairs ruling) is clear: they should have the fees published as well put by LwowskaKrakow

However insulting others, or misleading the subject to other countries is waste of time:
1. The focus is why polish agencies behave like this.
2. How one should defend against this.
3. Could I present the case to a court, to have the money back and force the courts to rule a sentence that could act as law, as stated above? Even if it does not help me, but others in future.

I agree with irishlodz , should be the landlord that pays the agency for providing the good candidate and have the visits to estate.

Real Estate / Real Estate Agencies in Poland (they are greedy for money) [18]

Has a Portuguese, previously working in the Portuguese aliens and borders service, many times I was ashamed and embarrassed by the treatment that many people offered to immigrants in Portugal.

Also, many times I saw immigrants be treated as they should, with the respect that one is deserved when sacrificing himself in a completely strange country.

Never the less, I was not pretending to be like that, but for public reasons I decided to leave Portugal for a good amount of years.

So I found myself as an immigrant in Poland.

And now I ask one simple question to you all...

Why the real estate agents think we are so stupid, as to ask for 1.600 PLN in fees, for renting one apartment of 1200 PLN a month?

Why they keep raising prices to foreign as me, that came here to help a polish company, and I'm spending the money I earn in Poland, here???

Can you answer me?
