Travel / Wroclaw Fountain is Amazing - is it working in winter? [12]

Hi There!
We'll be travelling to Wroclaw tomorrow 27th dec. Could someone please tell me if the wroclaw fountain is working? As the weather is unusually warm, i thought maybe it would be. Any help would be appreciated.
