Work / How hard is for an Italian to move to Poland to study or work there? [6]

Hi, I'm a guy from Italy and I like Poland very much, also Polish language that I'm learning, and culture, history and people. I'm thinking of moving there one day, I really want it, but I'm not sure how to do it. I'm not rich but I could be a hard working guy so I get enough money to be independent. I think I may finish university here in Italy and then find a job in Poland.....but what if I want to study there? Can I move from an Italian university to a Polish one, if I get the chance to? Or is it better to finish university in Italy and then, as I said before, find a job in Poland? Is learning the language useful, will I have more open doors and more job opportunities once I reach a basic fluency in Polish? I also speak English as a second language, some French and some German, and I plan on learning many languages because I like them and I'm particularly good at learning languages.

I'm still 18 but I am very determined and believe that dreams can come true only if you really want it and are determined........

Advice much appreciated, thanks everyone :)
