Life / 80% of Polish people are boring or can't party, why? [179]

Arrbol,

Jesus Christ ! Reading all this rubbish begs the question. " Where does the romance come in all this. " Maybe you don't know the meaning of the word, If you did, you wouldn't have to pay for anything. What a degenerate lot?

Life / Poles - what other nationality would you say you are most like? [125]

Arrbol,

The Irish are without doubt the ones to have a night out with. I consider them to be the most fun to be with, friendly and gregarious. Sit in an Irish pub, and within the hour, musicians will appear from nowhere, in another hour, everyone is singing their their heads off. At closing time the landlord closes the curtains and locks the front door, then he lowers the lights. You're in for a good night.

I have traveled across Ireland, north and south, east to west, and found the same sense of fun everywhere I've been. Why do you think there are Irish bars all over the world? Because of the fun they generate !

This is in direct contrast to the Polish who never seem to enjoy themselves, and always look so miserable. Forget the big cities, go to the small towns and villages, and you can see misery everywhere, written on their faces. Seems to me, they want to drink as much as they can in the shortest time possible until they are legless and incoherent. Then they become a bore to be with. Why are, the Polish so miserable?

Language / Too many English words in the Polish language! [709]

Arrbol

Teffle. Something else that has always baffled me is the use of " pretty "

Pretty awful , Pretty painful, Pretty good, etc., The most confusing for a foreigner is, Pretty ugly. It's a very rich language, but sometimes it borders on the silly

News / Poland Parliament elections in October 2011 [944]

Forget Poland for the moment. Can some tell me, where in the world, is there a decent politician?

As for Poland, I'm sure the majority of Polish people couldn't care less about politics. Past elections show that only a small percentage of the population have ever bothered to vote. And who can blame them? What I would like to say to them, is to get out and vote, because this is your one chance to show, who you want to run your country. If you don't, you can't complain with what you end up with. This country can only go forward with everyone getting out to vote.

I don't think that there are enough English words used in the Polish language. And as for wanting to corrupt the English language with Polish words, that would be a sin. The rich English language has already been vandalized enough.

I often wonder what Dr. Samuel Johnsen would have thought about all this.

News / Andrzej Lepper committed suicide [98]

Arrbol

Methinks that there are a lot of Donald Duck supporters here.(Excuse me, I meant to say, Donald Tusk) And who says he committed suicide anyway. There hasn't been a full inquiry yet.

News / Multi-culti (in Poland) -- roadmap to disaster? [344]

Arrbol,

Poles will never accept foreigners in this country, immigrants or otherwise because they are too racist. Until they get rid of their small mindedness it will never happen.
