Law / How to register an Internet-betting site company in Poland [4]

Hi

I wish to incorporate a comapny which is registered outside the EU into a parent company which will hopefully be registered in Poland.

The company is an internet betting site - I live in the UK but it is virtually impossible to start up this kind of business in the UK. That is why our licence and company are registered outiside the UK.

However in order to process credit cards our Internet payment provider requires that we are registered as a company in the EU - that's why we thought of Poland.

Does anyone know how we would register as a limited company in Poland - as non domiciles (not resident in Poland)
