If you actually lived in Poland maybe you'd know what is trivial and not. 'I plan on going' doesn't say much. Have you eever been?
How can this be trivial? The amount of gays that spread greatly affects Poland's birth rate and hinders the mother+father+children family status!

I've had this discussion a few times while in Poland and from what I've observed, most of the people (younger-educated) don't really care about gays in Poland. They say times are changing and they're too busy getting on with their own lives to worry about sth so trivial.

Americans, or the American government? You have to remember that the majority of Americans don't necessarily agree with what their govt. does.
Tons of people still seek employment in the US.This wouldn't be the first time we have to come out of a recession. We'll be ok again...I promise :)

I see you're showing me numbers of migrants and their ancestors. Yes, we have many PL living here, as well as legal Mexicans-Cubans-Hatians. The PL don't come here boats/modified cars. I'm also not saying who's right or wrong, but it's not as big a concern IMO.

Nothing good anyway....But,you could go to the Piekna Mountains to the north or take a train/bus to the Tatry south.
There's probably a travel agency that specializes in winter wknd trips. They usually have good deals when you get a room.

How about all of the people with foreign heritage? Italians, PR's...etc. I think flags are ok because people have the right to be proud of where they come from. It's part of being American and utilizing your rights as one. It's no insult to me :) just a minor few

My GF likes it in the US, except for the fact that it's difficult to get a work visa. The tourist visa was no problem, but who wants to work illlegally?
She was impressed with the food. She always assumed that Americans ate just fast food and junk. she was pleasantly surprised that Americans don't eat as much crap as she was told.
She was also wondering where all of the obese people were. She heard that there's an enormous obesity problem, but only saw a few here and there and didn't see it as big of a problem that everyone makes it appear to be. Maybe it's just where we were visiting. NY-NJ-NC.

A strictly friut diet can be bad for you in the long run. You need your calories and protien or your body will eventually go into starvation mode.
Much of the food in PL is preservative free. Thungs are changing though.
I've seen a few vegetarian restaurants in poland. There may be a few threads here if you search. Good luck.
