UK, Ireland / We just got married in the UK! (can we change her Polish surname on her Polish passport?) [12]

Hi everone,

Long time reader first time poster here!

I recently married my wife in the UK I am a British citizen and she is Polish.

Could anyone give advice on how we can change her surname on her polish passport, or apply for a anglo/polski passport if such a thing exists? she has lived here for over 7 years and we own a house together so have no intention of leaving the UK.

Any help would be much appreciated!!
