Oral from English is really easy to pass and in my opinion doesn't really check your skills. In my group 6/7 pupils got 20 points (100%).
Oral from Polish is just a waste of time. It's really easy to abuse (a lot of people buy ready presentation and just memorized it).

By the way I think that students that choose advance level shoudn't have to take a basic one.

Frustrating thing about "Matura" is a "Key of answers" (I don't know how to translate into English). Sometimes you answers is good but doesn't have a word or phrase that is in "Key" and you recive 0 points. What is Frustrating that they make an exam in order to check our skills and they make mistakes in it (for example "Matura" from Polish this year has at least two mistakes).

I think that it depends.


Yes, I think that we're more open minden and westernized. Diffrent values? It's hard to tell it depend on the person :)

From some time now it's really popular among young people to complain about church and priests and to not go to the church in the sunday, but still there are a lot of young people that going to church regullary but they're telling that they're not going because it's "trendy" or people that are saing that the're belive in Good but don't belive in church.

But I think that majority still is very traditional and such behavior is frowned upon (especially by the older generation).

I don' deny that there are a lot of Polish women working as a maids or housekeepers and that half off them just want to marry their "boss" to have green card.

But I watched this episode and I don't think that they are mocking Poland (especially that that girl has rather Russian surname, not polish). I feel that they are mocking all girls that are doing this just for getting green card.

And I dont think that in being maid is something wrong - of course if it's only job and no a way to get a rich man or green card ;)

If you have enough money to spend it woud be reallmy more comfortable to take taxi. Especially that bus station is closed 'couse they're rebuildin it, and it woud be harder to find the right way to the hotel. The taxi woud take you straight there
