Language / 'Szymoniak' - help with pronunciation of a Polish name please [9]

Hello,

I don't know any Polish, but could do with some help. I am giving a talk next week and will have to pronounce a Polish name several times. The name is 'Szymoniak'. Can I please have some tips as to how to pronounce this in English in a way that is close to the proper Polish pronunciation.
