Real Estate / Poland land ownership documents - what do they look like / where to obtain [15]

Related: LOST REGISTRY NUMBER FOR MY GRANDPARENTS IN POLAND

I lost the registry number to my grandparent's land in Poland. They have since passed away. I have the address to the land but was told that I need the registry number to get a copy of the registration. How can I find proof of their registration to the land? Which registry book do I need to look at? do I need to go to court? Please help!

No, you can usually look up the registry number at the court if you just have the address. Alternatively, if you aren't in Poland, a lawyer can look it up for you.

Real Estate / How do you register you agricultural land in the Land Registry of Poland? [8]

inkrakow

Does the Wydzial Geodezji have a website?

What are the fees involved in registering the land? We currently have 6 owners? Will you need a PESEL to sell the land? Thank you so much for your assistance.

Land registry fees for whole real estate versus partial ownership

The fee for registering land in the Ksiegi Wieczysty is 200 pln for whole real estate and 150 for partial ownership. Does that mean each individual owner needs to register the property seperately and pay 150 each? Any insight would be most appreciated.

Law / Obtaining PESEL, ID Card and Passport in Poland [39]

You could go through your Polish consulate. My understanding is you have to proof your Polish citizenship before you could get a PESEL. This can all be done through the consulate but does take time

Real Estate / Substantial amount of agricultural land in Poland - what to do with it [23]

I have agriculture land in Zaborow Poland which is by Krakow. The goverment just bought a portion of this land to build a road. My understanding is there is only one road currently so this a great advantage. We are looking to sell. Please response and I can supply you with my email address if you are interested.

Real Estate / Multiple owners of agricultural property in poland [2]

We have recently inherited several agricultural plots in Poland. The plots have been registered in 3 individuals names. In order to avoid all the administrative hassles and cost, do you recomment assigning the ownership to one individual? What are the other drawbacks of keeping the title registered to all owners?
