Genealogy / Please help me to find Justyna Pilh in Krakow [6]

Maybe somebody can help me to find one of my relative.
I am looking for Justyna Pilh.I know her date of birth 12/21/1976 or 12/22/1976. The last time I saw her when she was in Ukraine in 2000, after that she left Ukraine with her daughter (Lucia Maria Melnychuk).Also I use to contact with her by phone but since the phone in Poland was changed from 6 digit to 7 digit we lost connection. Her old phone is (048)12-269084.

If anybody can help me to find this person I will be really appreciate!!!
