Love / Filipina having a relationship with a Polish Man [95]

LOL. I'm sorry, I found this thread very intriguing upon doing some Google search on Polish people in Manila and I couldn't help but registering and finally writing my thoughts.

I'm a young Filipina who lived independently in Poland for almost a year under an exchange program and I certainly have embraced your culture and language. (teraz umiem mówic i pisac po Polsku..gramatyka jest trudna.. ale chyba jest ok...)

Moving on. I was just struck by somebody writing that we, Asians, seem so desperate of cross-mixing our genes with Caucasians. @_@ hey, we aren't the ones who call you people exotic (which is one of the most used adjective I have heard that Polish people use for me..) and being the only Filipina in that town, and only 20, at that, I find what you wrote really, really insulting :/ the people I've known, students and their families, and even a Polish family who adapted me as their own daughter never, ever thought that we are like that. So what's wrong if that Polish guy decided to have a relationship with a Filipino/Asian? They are the ones going out, not you and another Asian. Never, ever generalize. Proszę. Boże...

Just my two cents. I mean, I've always wanted to uplift the image of the Filipina, especially in Europe (and I believe I did that in Poland) and then I read something like this...it just simply breaks my heart.
