Law / Online Payment in Poland [13]

Hello!

I am student from the college of higher education "FH Technikum Wien" in Austria and I am writing my master thesis about Online Payment in Poland and how it will develop until 2015.

As I didn't really found information about this topic in English it would be great if somebody from this platform could help me!

I need information about
- online payment generally (Development, future prospects,...)
- payment service provider (e.g. PayU S.A., Cashbill, Przelewy24, ...)
- online shops (categories,...)
- Allegro.pl: I heard that it is more popular than eBay because transaction costs are cheaper. Is this correct? Do you have more information?

It would be so great if one of you could help me finding the needed information.
