Life / How Safe Are the Polish Cities? [179]

I guess it depends what a safe place is for you. I have been in Wroclaw for nearly two months, and have had no problem, except some people looking at me and laughing at me, since I am one of very few Asians here. And in train station, some homeless people approached me and begged for money quite persistently, but the other passers-by always seem to be ready to help me. I have heard that drunkards here could be nuisances but that is just the same with the other countries, but so far, the drunkards that I have met are all friendly and, when you face those people, you may as well want to show that you are more drunk and crazier than them, and they just become your equal. I guess it is up to how you carry on yourself. When you face some security problems here, then those things could happen in the other places or other countries, as well. In all, I do not think that Poland is a dangerous place.
