Food / Traditional Polish meal for my Polish boyfriend in the US? [71]

I was curious if anyone had any ideas for a great traditional Polish meal to make for my pseudo Polish boyfriend? He's been in the US for 6 years now, but I sometimes like to make little attempts to let him now I'm interested in his culture. I think we have the drink part taken care of (vodka, of course!) but I just wanted some ideas for some dishes that would pair well together to make a great meal. Thanks for any/all suggestions!
