Law / My partner is Polish lives in UK more than 10 years [17]

My partner is polish,lives in UK more than 10 years,have a son in poland,have been paying more directly to his son mum,and not through the polish CSA,so now they issued an arrest in his city in Poland with his picture,can they arrest him here in England?and can he be deported?

My partner is polish,lives in UK more than 10 years,he have s son in Poland which is paying money directly to him and not through the CSA polish,now they issued in his city in Poland a mandate of capture with his picture,can the police in England arrest him and deported to Poland.What should we do please?
