Unable to get an appointment in Poland consulate in Mumbai

I have got an offer in a company in Poland and have received my work permit as well ,I have been trying to get an appointment from Mumbai consulate from past 2 months every Monday at 10 am but I have not got an appointment dates at all ,sometimes I even get to see the dates but by the time I go book it ,it says the dates are unavailable ..I have already requested to push my date of joining in the company I am offered in Poland but unsure till when they will push the date ,please suggest any way to get an appointment .do we actually get an appointment dates online ? Please suggest ways
