Dude,beer prices vary everywhere and usually if its in the menu you can always ask for it and they will correct it.
Now how brilliant were you to leave your fone without a receipt???I think people who get ripped of,its there own fault.Honestly Poles are very honest untill you open your wallet and flash money,but that will happen to you in any country.Try that in NYC and seeI always bring my old I phones for repairs as well and sell them on allegro,never got ripped and I am talking about over 10 phones old ones from everyone in my family.

dovia,not for permanent resident card you need polish language proficiency certificate its for citizenship only.I am not sure about income also for 3 years also but maybe rules have changed.
