My strong advice is to get your accountant to sign his name under that specific advice. Im not a tax specialist but im an experienced accountant and as I said in 2013 i was told using krus for non farming activities was no longer possible - its not only the law but the way its interpreted in local zus offices.

It depends a bit which way you go - if via Bydgoszcz then there are plenty of places to stop.

If via Torun then note that there are no really clean or kid friendly places to stop between Torun and the McD in Gniezno. The reason is that bypass have been built round Torun and Inowroclaw but so far there are no gas stations or fast food there. There is an old Statoil at Suchatowka that is acceptable but not great. Its just been renovated so might be ok now

Stephen you are welcome here better get your skates on - after Brexit you won't be able to move here without a work permit. You won't get a work permit without a marketable skill, an invitation from an employer and realistically that means speaking good Polish.
