Don't worry about the money, the two grand will be enough. I expect that your biggest obstacle will be finding a place that suits you. Unfortunately, most apartments in PL are under 75 meters, which is considered a large flat. Also, don't be surprised to find that the place available for rent has not even been cleaned up by the owners. And if you ask about a new door lock to be installed, they will roll their eyes and likely say that it's not a problem if you pay for it.
