Hello, I wonder whats the norm when renting a bedroom in shared flat in poland. Do we have to pay 1 x deposit or 2 x deposit? Is worthwhile paying something extra for an agency instead of finding a room at gum tree and similar sites. Except gumtree do you suggest any other sites?

And finally, is 200 euro/month all bills inclusive an accepted amount for a bedroom in shared flat in places outside Krakow and Warsaw?

Law / EU citizen residency certificate to live in Poland [34]

Speaking of medical care, as Eu citizen, I have the EHIC card, but for therapies I want that are not classified ''accidents'' (EHIC is only for accidents), I guess I can pay cash any private clinic I want?

Thanks Peter, I think learning basic vocabulary covering renting out is essential. In case you know, what is really the difference between pokoje and stancje regarding a bedroom in shared home? Google translation is not helping me with this. I suspect only a Pole knows.

Thank you DominicB. It sounds very cheap for a bedroom. No other country in europe to my experience offers so cheap bedrooms with bills included under 200 euro.

I found many rooms for 130 euro or so and I cannot believe it at all, how can they cover the expenses of an extra person in a house with such low income for the rental of a bedroom....
