Law / Problem with making an appointment for Polish student VISA [20]

Hi guys,
I'm a Vietnamese. I've got an offer from Collegium Civitas in Poland. However, the point is I can't make an appointment for the visa application online. Everytime I tried, it was shown that "lack of available dates to...". I wrote to the Embassy and they said new slots would be released on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. It's unimaginable that all the slots could become reserved within 10 seconds which I did witness today.

My date for the school is coming way very near and I have been struggling with the visa thing.
Does anyone have any experience in visa application? Do you guys think calling the Embassy and explaining my situation could help? I'm very worried.

Thank you.

I would like to ask you guys about the weather in Warsaw in the late of September? I also want to buy some stuffs like clothes and a laptop. Could you recommend good places for those thing with reasonable prices? And do you know any places to buy Asian cooking ingredients?

Thank you in advance.

Hi guys.
Firstly, SHE is the proper way to call me. Is it ok?
Secondly, thank you guys for both answer and insult. Very warm and interesting welcome :)
Thirdly, I just asked some questions, why does someone have to be so serious like that? If you can't answer, why not leaving me alone with the people who want to help? I appreciate that.

To johnny reb: thank you man. I'm no longer interested in such that thing. Anyway, I wish I could get "cheap luck". Many people out there are not lucky at all. That would be awesome, do you think? Thank you again :)

To Chemikiem: have you ever tried Vietnamese foods? I would love to cook for you some because of your understanding and your help. I have found so many felt-like-home things on the website you said, some of them are from Vietnam.

@gumishu: Yeah. thank you. It's not hard to remember but it's quite hard to pronounce it. My English name is Max.

@Chemikiem: Thank you. I would love to explore your culture and of course I'll do that. I've heard about the Vietnamese community in Warsaw. Wish you the best. If any chance we can meet, I'd love to cook for you Vietnamese food. In our culture, we appreciate others' help and it's best way to pay back. Thank you again. Very warm welcome from you right at the beginning.:)

Guys,
Actually I hadn't thought about the name thing before one of you mentioned about it. When I traveled, it was pretty difficult for others to pronounce my name so I adopted the name Max, not because it's cute or something but it's just to simplify they way people call me. Nobody seemed to be surprised. But now I think I probably should change it.

Thank you guys.
