Merged: Will I get better opportunity to change my company if I dont like my job in Poland ?

I am an IT professional ( Business Analyst ) 5 yrs exp from India. I want to know that if i dont like my job/company, will i get more opportunity to change my company ? how easy is to find the job for my mentioned profile in ENGLISH ?

In how many other countries i can explore for work with Poland's work permit nearby there / or anywhere in EU ?
