Work / Jobs for non Polish speakers? [24]

Hi, I want to work in summers but basic requirement for almost all the jobs is Polish, unfortunately i don't speak Polish. I can't even go out of Poland because my visa expires on 4 July and residence card is taking ages. Where can i find jobs for foreigners?
