News / How would Poland change for the better (or worse) under a PiS government? [257]

Wajda is like a chameleon, he changes colours as he pleases, he is a perfect traitor of any system he wishes to deceit to fulfil his own interests. On the set he treated actors of adverse potical motives with scorn, he fought political wars, he now decided to turn away from Poland. The Poland he wants is not the Poland that built the country and its good values. He must not be awarded anything, he must go away.

He treated others with scorn he shall be treated with bigger scorn, what goes one way comes back the other way, integrity was not maintained. He also side with Solidarity for a moment during the movement and then he abandoned it like Walesa did - many colours of Solidarity - one served foreign and individual business and the other the people - the latter has been dumped by the likes of Wajda.

News / Demonstrations in Poland in defence of democracy. [2554]

No wonder they called her Gronkowiec-Waltz (Polish for a staph infection).

Hahahah, yep I heard that one too, good one, too many Gronkowiecs in Polish government's opposition at the moment.

Travel / Behavior of Polish travellers on Planes. [72]

was on a inbound Plan yesterday to Poland from the Uk...

You are uptight. We like to drink alcohol on special occasions not like others every day and so travelling is a happy occasion, those prohibitions on alcohol are ridiculous, Polish are correct, drink up!

Seat allocation is biggest idiotism ever, big deal where one sits, it is not a problem big enough to make a fuss.

It is not of communism or anything else it is because we are normal not uptight like others, that's why. Do not remind us anything, go and have a drink and not be so uptight and stiff like a penis anymore.

News / Demonstrations in Poland in defence of democracy. [2554]

I'm writing about a man who poses as a lady. Homosexuals or transexuals who draw most attention receive support from overseas and since Poland is constantly bombarded by foreign invasion into its social and political scene someone like Gronkiewicz will receive a lot of support. He is also of Jewish background so he will receive a lot more support through Jewish connections than others which is not fair and PiS should look into that too.

News / Hundreds of Chileans start to learn Polish to meet the Pope in Krakow [10]

It's a great event and good to see such interest among so many nations and even to such extent as to be learning host country's language, it much appreciated since many nationalities ignore our language and want us to speak to them in their language in our country, examples are Germans and English or Americans, but Chileans I see are taught good manners and respect I see, very good!

In what way is it 'uptight' to expect to sit in a seat you've paid extra for?

It is the same seat ok, only capitalist spoiled brat gets uptight about everything related to money, things were simpler and more normal when people did not expect to be treated like lords because they paid for something. If you sit by the window or not will it kill you? No.

How do you know they were idiots? Just because they were drinking and behaving like drunks (drunks do not yet constitute idiots or hazardous)? Those uptight airlines make up laws and if you break one rule they make a big story about it and you think in Polish categories (I make the same mistake) that something horrible must have happened for such a fuss to occur but in reality nothing happened. They probably just drank and maybe sang some songs which to average English lord is too much, they are not fun people like us, you have to know that.

Life / Do you have middle names in Poland? [12]

He did not explain well, we have middle names but not all, same as in some other countries, it is optional, some parents give children extra name, some do not. In many cases the second name or middle name is the one given at bierzmowanie ceremony and this name is only used in Catholic Church's documents, so some people end up with three and others with four names but the latter case occurs only in Church's legal proceedings.

excessive quoting is forbidden

In the obsessive world of so called terrorist threat Americans and their funny friends have become obsessed with safety, not to mention the capitalist craziness with suing and suing some more. Maybe lay off wars and you will not have to fear terrorists and then won't have make ridiculous rules regarding drinking on airplane. No drunk Polish ever brought an airplane down, so calm down with your so called safety thing or you will die from stress.

They sound entirely like idiots if they're getting drunk on planes and singing songs.

No, they sound like fun people to be around. I'm not talking about people destroying surroundings. Unlike you some people like to have fun, but I happened toobserve some British folk and know of Americans too and there is lack of fun spirit, people die in your countries out of boredom don't they? I would. You sit next to Polish person and it is usually lively, you sit next some Anglo person and they observe you and have issues with everything.

News / Hundreds of Chileans start to learn Polish to meet the Pope in Krakow [10]

South Americans have USA to settle in if they want to break out in the first place, Poland is not attractive to them, it is so distant for them and so different that I do not think even one of them will be hoping to remain after the festival, unless just to have a holiday. They are so devoted to Christianity and the new pope being South American that they will follow him to the ends of earth, they help keep Christianity stronger, much stronger. Arabs have constant unrest in their countries and there are so many of them that it is no wonder they branch out elsewhere, not to mention like Jews Arabs have been mostly nomadic people.

@Traveler

Shame is on you for making a fuss, you should start living a life and get out of the nursing home. I know it bothers everyone when some ethnic groups are louder or do not follow the all mighty LAW or abide by the golden RULES but sometimes you just need to relax a bit with your issues. I am not talking about violent behaviours but a bit of luz , loosen up people and drink up, but warning to Germans and Anglo people do not drink vodka (may be too strong for you and you will cause trouble on a plane) stick to your soft drink bear (in moderation).

News / PiS to impose blanket retail tax in Poland [291]

We can look forward to the destruction of the Polish online retailing sector ...

This is from a person who is only interested in foreign investment in Poland, do not pretend you worry about Polish shop keepers. Better to pay more tax than to make more debts with EU or take away from pensioners or single parents.

News / PiS to impose blanket retail tax in Poland [291]

2) Pensioners will lose about 30% of their pension due to the PiS plans

Hahaha 30% loss of pension hehehe, you calculated that? In a long run this tax increase is better than debt to UE without which there would be no need for this tax in the first place.

Classifieds / ANY FOREIGNER (NOT POLISH) FAMILY ADVOCATE IN WARSAW [39]

I really want to help you jamshaid and as such I researched certain group of lawyers who specialise in rape cases (some of them have been rapists themselves and so they know what it is like to have to go through such an ordeal, the downfalls and disappointments - angry wife remaining disobedient even after multiple rapes). I am Polish myself and I also have been accused of rape even though it has been an accidental one. I understand you completely, Polish wives have no care or respect for men in general and then they turn on you after you try to help them and teach them some marital values. Your son needs a father, a role model like you so he can grow up and follow in your teachings, that way he will know how to treat women, especially Polish women, and insert in them the essence of being a good wife. I really, really pity you, you are a pitiful individual now and I feel sorry for you, you deserve a different life.

Here is a link to the website the group runs (I hope it will help - they are not Polish so don't worry, you will be safe from racism):
