Law / Help with Postal Customs office in Poland. I need to get an item that is being withheld there. Rolex imitation [30]

Can anyone help me get an item that is being withheld at the postal office.

Just explain the situation. I received a gift sent from my father from Hong Kong (Rolex Replication watch) thats been held. I received a letter declaring value of item and then a letter telling me that item is being seized because it is an imitation. Is there anyway I can receive this watch? I'm happy to forward the letter to anyone who can give me a better understanding of whats happening.
