Law / Advice please - Getting monies from a Poland employer who refuses to pay [41]

Hi everyone,

Has anyone had experience with previous employers not paying up after you quit? Yes, this was an English teaching job, and these situations come a bit with the territory. I know I will probably never see the money again, but it would be good if anyone had any tips for taking action.

It has been over 2 weeks since I quit. They don't answer my calls and are very rarely in the office. My lawyer deals with the case and hopefully will be successful, but I have my doubts.
