Work / Is an US born physician able to practice medicine in Poland? Currently practicing in USA. [3]

My wife ( a Polish-American ) received her MD degree in Poznan. She has had difficulty finding a residency in USA but would be able to practice in Poland. I am US born physician practicing in USA. If relocated to Poland , would I ever be able to practice medicine there and if so , does anyone know what requirements that I would have to fulfill ?
