UK, Ireland / Polish TV in Ireland - is it possible to get access to it here? [6]

Hi,

I was just wondering if it's possible to get access to Polish TV channels in Ireland? I live in an apartment complex that doesn't allow us to put up satellite dishes. Can I get Polish UPC through my Irish UPC set-top box? Would I have to subscribe to some sort of online thing?
